Discover the original patterns - Partridge Coarse and Carp Fishing

Partridge Coarse and Carp Fishing started in June 1980 when Partridge of Redditch introduced the Jack Hilton Carp Hook Range. You will see that range is still in production today and as popular as ever – they're truly Carp Hook Classics. In the years that followed a Kevin Maddocks Carp Hook Range was introduced; the direct result of working side by side to introduce patterns that performed to his expectations. One of his signature hook patterns that remains unchanged today is the Catfish Meat Hook! Rod Hutchinson also worked on a series that remain firm favourites, their exceptional strength making them an exceptional choice for snaggy and weedy waters. These hooks have an offset bend to ensure the perfect hook-up. The Classic Hooks are produced with black nickel finish with dynamic 4.3 ratio super sharp and strong points, providing great hook holds. The new Specimen Series are adaptations of the classics finished in our Grey Shadow (PTFE) non-reflective finish. Evolved over the past forty years, utilizing our state-of-the-art material and production processes with our Carp 4.8 Point Geometry giving point strength and sharpness out of the packet.
