Partridge CDC Feather Tool
The Partridge CDC Feather Tool is a nifty little tool for wrapping your CDC Feathers, inspired by the original Marryat CDC Feather Tool with 3 needles and a locking spring. To use, stroke a feather down so fibres are out. Insert the feather into the tip and wind creating a CDC knot that you lay into the top of a fly and wrap.
